History

Wrapping Clermont Together started out as an outreach project (The H.A.N.D.S.) from a group of students at Milford High School in the early 90s. It was then passed to a local food pantry (Hillcrest Food Pantry) administrated by David and Anna Hammock. Dave and Anna had a heart to help people but found that it was difficult to manage a pantry and the funding was limited.  Dave and Anna were still highly involved in the drive even as Landmark Ministries took over administration in the mid-late 90s.  Landmark is a separate, stable organization funded independently.

Over the years, we’ve become even more collaborative working with such groups as the Clermont County Safety Net Alliance and the United Christian Outreach to give families the resources they need to succeed. Many locals schools, churches, businesses and individuals work together each year to put together a drive that stands above most but the greatest thing we offer is relationship.  We offer mentoring relationships with lots of collaborative resources so families know they don’t have to be on the journey alone.
